Allie Cowell

Allie is licensed as a school counselor and has many years of experience in both the world of dance and field of mental health. Allie believes in the powerful connection between movement and emotional well-being, viewing dance as a tool for expression, confidence, and healing throughout a person’s life. 

 

As the parent of both a male and female dancer, Allie brings a personal understanding of dance journeys across genders and developmental stages. She is excited to be part of the Next Step Program and is dedicated to equipping all interested dancers with the knowledge and exposure necessary, to be in the best position to pursue post-secondary dance opportunities.
